Fundraising is NOT mandatory but strongly encouraged.
Class Cancellations

Inclement Weather Procedures
If the studio has to close due to inclement weather, classes will be taught online that day.
Class Procedures
All classes start ON TIME. Due to having back to back classes, classes will begin and end on time. Please do not be late for class. We can not guarantee class admittance due to late arrivals. All students must sanitize their hands before class at the sanitation station located at the entrance door.
Parents are not allowed to stay and view classes. This causes a distraction with the students and interrupts class times. There will be scheduled viewing days where parents can stay and watch their child's class.
We are also looking into an app where parents can view classes online during their child's scheduled class time only(more info to come).
Class age restrictions must be met before the start of class. If your child will age out of a class within 6 months of registration, please enroll in the next class up.
It is important that students are getting the most out of their classes and growing as a dancer, therefore, students may be placed in a different class than their age group and the instructor will discuss this change with the parent before making the switch. We ask that all parents respect the decision of the instructor with regards to class placement.
Attendance
Good attendance is imperative to the development and success of each dancer, therefore, class attendance is mandatory. We understand that some issues may come up, but please discuss any absences with your child's instructor. Make up classes may not be available. If your child is sick or has been exposed to COVID-19, please STAY HOME! Make up classes can be discussed for those individuals only.
Studio Etiquette
Absolutely no food, or drinks (water allowed), or gum chewing allowed in the studio during class time.
There should be no loud talking or interruptions while classes are happening.
All bags and belongings must be taken home after every class. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please label all items with your child's name. Lost and found items will be located in the front lobby area for a limited time only.
Students may not use cell phones or electronics during class time.
Student behavior and participation are strictly enforced and continuous class disruption will not be allowed.
Respect must be given to all students and staff. Positive energy only! Disrespect, profanity, gossip, or harm to any student or staff is grounds for immediate removable from our program and no refunds will be given.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone.
